The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role develops and designs engaging content and branding posts for both B2C and B2B audiences across various industry sectors. The Digital Media Coordinator monitors, tracks, and reports on social media performance metrics, manages accounts using scheduling and management tools, and generates creative ideas to boost audience engagement and reach. The position also involves coordinating with the marketing team to align strategies with current trends, best practices, and emerging digital platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation preferred.
Experience handling campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are preferred.
Training in analytics, SEO, or digital advertising is optional but advantageous.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to generate ideas to boost engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of content creation and branding.
Adaptable and willing to learn new tools, trends, and techniques.
