Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for giving product presentations to the customer describing how Intel products provide the optimum solution to their application.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and Solidigm product technical acceptance in customer. Including new product design in and ramp up, product issue resolve and debug, use all Solidigm support resource to achieve #1 or #2 position in customer score card.
• Assist account manager to achieve sales revenue goal.
• During customer's product design, responsible for design assistance including on-site visits to review designs, examine customer problems and provide suggestions on optimal ways to use Solidigm products.
• Manage relationships between Solidigm and customers by establishing relationships with key individuals at accounts. Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts. Give product demonstrations and execute benchmarks to show product capabilities and ease of use.
• Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the appropriate technical strategy. Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
• Assist the customer throughout the development cycle to ensure successful completion of the product.
• Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ experience in semi-conductor industry.
• Strong technical skill on Solidigm/Intel NVMe/SATA SSD products, proven experience on technical presale role.
• Familiar with PRC Hyperscale cloud customer, typical SSD usage model in infrastructures such as private/public cloud, block/object storage, AI/machine learning, big data, etc.
• Preferred 5 years+ MNC working experience, fluent in English, Bachler degree or above.
• Good team player, able to work under pressure.
