Perform mechanical simulations (ANSYS/SolidWorks) to analyze stress, fatigue, thermal and solder-joint reliability for SSDs. Lead process development, NPI, rework techniques, and manufacturing transfer while collaborating with design, quality, suppliers, and ODMs to ensure manufacturable, high-volume production.
