Job Description

The Hyperautomation Manager will play a pivotal role in mapping and optimizing our processes through the integration of cutting-edge technologies. This individual will have a deep understanding of technology, particularly in automation, and a strong foundation in process analysis. This role is designed for a thinker who excels in identifying, developing, and implementing technology solutions to support and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate is not only tech-savvy but also possesses a strong process-focused mindset.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Mapping and Analysis:
    • Lead efforts to comprehensively map and document existing business processes across various departments
    • Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Technology Assessment:
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially in the fields of automation, artificial intelligence, and hyper-automation
    • Evaluate how technology can be applied to streamline and enhance existing processes
  • Automation Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy, identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize automation initiatives
  • Vendor Evaluation and Selection:
    • Assess technology vendors and solutions, considering factors such as compatibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
    • Make informed recommendations for technology adoption or integration
  • Project Management/ Coordination:
    • Plan and oversee the implementation of automation and optimization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
    • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies
    • Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to changes
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of automation initiatives
    • Continuously monitor and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster collaboration and communication across departments and teams to ensure alignment with automation and optimization goals
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in process mapping, process improvement, and automation, ideally in a similar role such as hyper-automation Manager or Business Process Analyst
  • A background in business analytics for a consulting firm (either larger or smaller boutique firm)
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar technology)
  • Understanding Business Process Improvement in its entirety
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing automation projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology integration
  • Familiarity with process mapping and optimization tools and methodologies

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000 + 10% bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401K and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
