As a Production Associate, you will assemble windows using hand tools while maintaining safety standards and assisting in production tasks.

Lead costing and inventory accounting for manufacturing plants: maintain standard costs, analyze variances and production efficiency, support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, partner with plant management on cost savings, support budgets/forecasts, audits, and ERP costing initiatives to improve reporting and controls.

Supervise shift production to meet safety, quality, and output targets. Hire, train, evaluate, and coach associates; manage line setup, troubleshooting, documentation, and materials control. Drive continuous improvement, 5S, lean initiatives, and cost reduction while enforcing safety and environmental policies.

Lead regional quality and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites by deploying Lean/Kaizen and the Cornerstone Production System. Own end-to-end quality performance, standardize processes, implement digital quality systems and analytics, facilitate Kaizen events, coach QA teams, support underperforming sites, drive FMEA/Control Plan development, and enable data-driven, cross-functional transformations to reduce cost of poor quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Serve as the dedicated legal business partner for the Windows & Doors business unit, providing strategic counsel on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, product/IP protection, litigation and claims, M&A and joint ventures, real estate and supply chain matters, and managing outside counsel and legal budgets to enable business growth and mitigate risk.

Oversee daytime plant operations and staff to meet production schedules, quality standards, safety (OSHA/ISO) and budget targets. Implement continuous improvement and preventative maintenance, coordinate across departments, manage staffing and training, administer QC programs, and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant products.

Lead regional quality for 5–7 Windows & Doors facilities, driving standardized processes, continuous improvement, CTQ initiatives, FMEA/control plan reviews, corrective actions, talent development, and deployment of digital quality solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost of poor quality.

Lead HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, partner with business leaders on talent, compensation, employee and labor relations (including unions), performance management, culture initiatives, investigations, HR team development, and HR data analysis. Travel to sites up to 25%.

Provide Level II IT support and administration for IT and limited OT systems at multiple manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, manage user accounts and security, maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, and support OT edge connectivity and database concepts.

Develop new business and maintain client relationships across an assigned Quebec territory. Prospect, present product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals, provide customer support, report pipeline activity, analyze market trends, and represent the company at trade shows. Frequent travel and overnight stays required.

Coordinate customer support from quote to delivery: educate customers, interpret project requirements, develop specifications, provide quotes, obtain contracts/deposits, enter sales orders, coordinate with technical services and manufacturing, manage post-delivery issues, ensure pricing compliance, act as customer liaison, and report competitive market information.

Perform glass cutting and processing tasks in a fast-paced production environment: operate/setup machines (including saws), read blueprints and measurements, enter cutter data, perform quality checks, follow safety/PPE protocols, cross-train across areas, and communicate with team to meet production schedules.

Operate roll-forming equipment including tooling setup, machine operation, part inspection, packaging and material handling. Follow SOPs, perform quality checks, complete production documentation, maintain safety, manage waste, and assist with loading and transport.

Manage and grow assigned territory accounts across ID, MT, and CO through prospecting, selling, account management, pre/post-sales support, customer training, trade show participation, forecasting, and competitive analysis. Requires heavy travel and on-site client engagement.

Manage inside sales from quote through delivery for metal building systems and residential metal roofing. Provide estimates, enter and coordinate orders, resolve post-delivery issues, maintain customer relationships, ensure pricing compliance, and report competitive market information.

Manage and grow assigned territory accounts in Eastern PA through prospecting, selling, account management, and customer education. Provide pre- and post-sales support, create proposals, execute sales strategies, attend trade shows, submit forecasts and reports, and resolve customer issues. Heavy travel (75%+) and on-site client engagement at construction locations required.

Lead a regional sales organization (10–13 managers) for Residential Metal Roofing, owning ~$80M in revenue. Set targets, create strategic sales plans, coach teams on sales methodology and CRM, coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and M&A integration, drive talent acquisition and development, and expand market share through business development and competitor analysis.

Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards; prepare materials; operate saws, pneumatic tools, and automated equipment; perform sealed unit glazing and screen fitting; package and label finished products; conduct quality checks, report defects, maintain a safe, organized workspace, and follow supervisor direction.

Drive special-order sales (50%), provide product and MyCD training, maintain stock product integrity and displays, build customer rapport, plan weekly sales activity and reporting, resolve customer issues, give market feedback to leadership. Requires ~25% travel with overnights and regular in-store visits for training, merchandising, and display quality checks.
