This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our Hybrid Cloud Solutions Team in Sweden, focused on selling and positioning our extensive portfolio of Hybrid Solutions.
Over the past years HPE have invested significantly into R&D and acquisitions for new technologies building HPE GreenLake and our Hybrid Solutions software and services portfolio. HPE GreenLake brings the cloud experience to all your IT. Unlike public cloud, HPE GreenLake is a hybrid cloud by design. You can deploy, automate and manage resources across your private and public clouds while retaining control of your data.
As a Hybrid Cloud Solution Sales Specialist, you:

Will have named accounts allocated to you.

Are accountable for quota fulfillment and regular forecast on assigned accounts and solutions.

Daily engage with existing and new customers (hunting), on your own but in close collaboration with wider sales team and supported by technical Solution Architects

Develop pursuit plans, build, qualify, and manage a well-founded, long-term pipeline to meet sales targets and increase the HPE market share.

Challenge customers status quo focusing on the business outcomes to position HPE’s Hybrid Cloud solutions and services as an element of their IT transformation and digitization strategy

Translate product and services knowledge into customer's added business value

Gain understanding of the end customer's business drivers to implement customer requirements in sustainable HPE business via a comprehensive consulting approach at all levels of the customer

Foster and expand existing and develop new relationships with technical and business stakeholders at customers to gain share of mind and expand HPE’s footprint

Lead business opportunities over the entire lifecycle from initial contact, PoCs, preparation and response to tenders, negotiations to the conclusion of the contract.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

Minimum 5 years sales experience with complex IT solutions and services owning the responsibility for the sales result.

Very good knowledge of the IT market in general, with experience in Cloud technologies, SaaS/Subscription and Managed services.

Reliability in building a sales pipeline, forecasting and customer management (sales excellence)

Distinctive customer orientation and consulting skills combined with assertiveness, mentality to challenge a customer’s status quo

Strong business and financial acumen, combined with technology skills

Team and goal-oriented work

Creativity, initiative, and reliability

Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills

Business fluency in Swedish and English language
