Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager
About the Opportunity
Our client is an established, family-owned luxury homebuilder and land developer in the Treasure Valley, known for large-scale, amenity-rich communities in some of the area's most desirable locations and a leading share of the region's high-end new-construction market. The organization believes the quality of what gets built starts with the people behind it. It is looking for talented, driven people who want to do exceptional work, take on meaningful challenges, and build lasting careers.
The Role
This is a newly created, flexible leadership role in the Human Resources function that can be shaped toward a Talent Acquisition Manager or an HR Manager title, based on the selected candidate's background, strengths, and career goals.
Either way, this individual will partner directly with ownership and department heads to support continued growth, attract and retain top talent, and strengthen a positive, engaged culture. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable handling day-to-day employee and hiring needs while keeping a strategic eye on long-term goals, culture, and growth. Strong people skills, sound judgment, and discretion are essential.
Choose Your Focus
The title and day-to-day weighting flex to the candidate; the core of the role stays the same.

What We Do
