The Role

Our client is a design company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Ensure that all HR operations are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with internal policies and regulations. The role is responsible for managing all HR-related processes, including employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, payroll, compensation and benefits, insurance, and employee relations.

Continuously review, refine, and optimize HR processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and overall employee experience. In addition to ensuring compliance, HR operations should be aligned with practical management needs and adaptable to the company’s growth pace.


 People Management Support & Development

Partner closely with managers to support team development, resolve people-related issues, and enhance overall people management effectiveness. The role involves contributing to key HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee retention, feedback mechanisms, performance evaluation, capability development, and team engagement.

Additionally, this position plays a role in strengthening mid-level management quality by providing guidance, consultation, and hands-on support in executing people-related strategies and initiatives.


 Office Administration Management

Coordinate and supervise administrative staff to ensure all office operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This includes overseeing administrative functions related to logistics, company assets, workspace management, and other internal support activities.

Continuously monitor and improve administrative processes to better support overall company operations.



Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, including at least two years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong expertise in recruitment is essential, including the ability to analyze hiring needs, define candidate profiles, design effective hiring strategies, and adapt approaches based on market conditions. Experience hiring across diverse functions such as business, marketing, creative, tech, and operations is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong partnership capabilities with Hiring Managers, including understanding business needs, providing constructive challenges when necessary, and driving recruitment outcomes end-to-end. A strong sense of people and culture is important, with the ability to implement practical initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and experience.

Candidates should also possess a solid foundation in HR operations, including processes, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, policies, compensation and benefits coordination, and employee relations. The role requires adaptability, agility, and the ability to thrive in fast-growing and dynamic environments.

A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working in e-commerce, startup, technology, or high-growth environments is a strong advantage.
