ALL ABOUT JENSEN INFRASTRUCTURE
Like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his company in 1968. Since its founding, we’ve supported communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, Missouri and Hawaii.
Jensen likely impacts your daily life. We build culverts to drain water from your neighborhoods, underground utility boxes to hold cables, and manholes to allow workers access to the sewers deep below the roads we drive on. And that’s just a small sample of what we do at Jensen daily.
When you work at one of Jensen’s many locations, you will enjoy the close relationships and camaraderie of a small company while being part of a larger, well-established, growing company.
We are committed to ensuring employment practices that promote equal opportunities. Please let us know if you require any reasonable accommodation during your interview.
We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Jensen Infrastructure offers various competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401k with a Company match. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Jensen’s annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. What We Do
Jensen Infrastructure designs, engineers, and manufactures precast concrete products for the growing infrastructure needs of communities, businesses, and government agencies. Since 1968, we’ve been more than just manufacturers, we’re partners in building the backbone of America’s infrastructure. As a second-generation, family-run business, we know that trust, reliability, and hands-on support make all the difference. When you work with us, you’re backed by a team that picks up the phone, understands your challenges, and delivers solutions that stand the test of time. We know infrastructure today demands more than one material. That’s why we go beyond precast concrete. Our multi-material capabilities include: Precast Concrete – The backbone of infrastructure, ideal for vaults, tanks, transformer pads, and fully custom solutions. If you can design it, we can build it. Drycast Concrete – Designed for high-volume, high-strength applications like pipes, manholes, and culverts, ensuring durability and uniformity across large-scale projects. Fiberglass – A lightweight, corrosion-resistant solution for above-ground enclosures and trench covers, protecting critical infrastructure from environmental hazards. Metal – Covers, lids, and hatches built for extreme durability, ensuring secure and long-lasting protection for underground infrastructure. Polymer – Handholes and small utility boxes designed for lightweight, non-conductive, and weather-resistant performance. Plastic HDPE Liner – A protective barrier for manholes and pipes, extending lifespan by preventing corrosion and chemical damage. SMC Lids – A new addition to our lineup, these lightweight yet highly durable lids offer superior strength, load resistance, and protection in high-traffic areas. No matter the project, our integrated materials give you flexibility, performance, and durability to handle the toughest conditions.
Why Work With Us
At Jensen, we like to say that we’re not just in the business of precast concrete, but in the business of building stronger communities. Here, our employees are the foundation of everything we do, and being part of Jensen means contributing to something bigger: creating infrastructure solutions that improve lives and shape the future.
