Provides hands-on HR leadership across Phoenix and Tucson operations, managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, attendance, workers’ compensation, terminations, unemployment matters, and compensation support. Partners with plant leadership on workforce planning and employee issues, collaborates on enterprise HR initiatives, and regularly travels between locations, including trips lasting up to one week.

Analyze MRP outputs, establish production requirements and schedules, manage finished goods inventory, balance capacity constraints, and ensure on-time delivery. Record labor, materials, production activity, and finished goods in the ERP system. Duties include setting up forms, installing inserts, removing excess concrete, reading production drawings, finishing concrete with floats and other tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role requires hands-on work, physical activity, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Develop and maintain enterprise software applications, PHP business applications, system integrations, APIs, databases, and automation scripts.
