Our Senior HR Manager is responsible for delivering strategic HR leadership to three tier 2 leaders within the ES leadership team, while also driving ES organizational success through data-driven insights and innovative people solutions. This role requires a leader who excels at leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, optimize workforce planning, and advance talent strategies and can build strong relationships with senior business leaders, partnering to ensure talent needs are anticipated and met.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
-Partner with tier 2 leaders to create and deploy HR strategies aligned with business objectives; ensuring effective workforce planning, organizational design, and talent movement.
-Lead the development and execution of key data analytics initiatives for ES to analyze workforce census and cost trends, measure HR effectiveness, and work with the VPHR to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Transparently coach leaders to higher personal performance and effectivity; advise leaders on approaches to performance management, talent planning and engagement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and drive organizational change.
-Facilitating a culture of continuous improvement within the business partner community and the HR team; committed to professional growth.
QualificationsQualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR business partnering.
-Strong skills in analytics, data interpretation, and reporting tools.
