Who You Are

The Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for talent acquisition, recruitment operations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce programs. This role is responsible for managing recruitment administration, candidate experience, onboarding and orientation activities, internship and co-op programs, HRIS reporting, affirmative action planning, and ongoing maintenance of talent acquisition systems and processes. The position serves as a key resource to hiring managers, candidates, employees, and Human Resources leadership while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

What You'll Do

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Administer pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and other pre-hire requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related documents, offer letter templates, employment agreements, and candidate communications to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ADP Recruiting) workflows, templates, system configurations, requisition maintenance, and candidate records to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for recruiting activities within ADP, ensuring system integrity and adherence to established recruiting processes.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation programs and ensure completion of required onboarding documentation and training.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to ensure new employees have the tools, resources, and support necessary for successful integration into the organization.
  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness and recommend process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Internship and Co-op Program Management

  • Coordinate and administer corporate internship and co op programs, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, program tracking, and participant engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and career services offices to support talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Organize intern and co-op program activities, evaluations, and feedback processes to ensure a positive participant experience and successful program outcomes.
  • Track and report program metrics including conversion rates, retention, and hiring outcomes.

HRIS Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute routine and ad hoc Human Resources and Talent Acquisition reports utilizing ADP and other HR systems.
  • Maintain workforce metrics and dashboards related to hiring, turnover, recruiting effectiveness, and talent acquisition performance.
  • Ensure data integrity within HRIS systems through regular audits, reporting validation, and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support leadership decision-making through workforce analytics and reporting insights.

Affirmative Action and Compliance

  • Coordinate the preparation, maintenance, and annual update of the company Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).
  • Assist with affirmative action, EEO, and OFCCP compliance activities, including data analysis, reporting, audits, and documentation.
  • Monitor hiring practices and recruitment activities to support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, as needed, to support affirmative action planning and compliance initiatives.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related experience.
  • Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ADP Recruiting.
  • Experience with onboarding programs, HR reporting, and employment compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), OFCCP regulations, EEO requirements, and recruitment compliance preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills preferred.
