Integrate HIL and SIL platforms using industrial networks, validate controls logic and error recovery, perform electrical testing, and provide design recommendations before deployment. Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and project stakeholders during proposals, design reviews, integration, and hardware builds.

Coordinates inbound and outbound materials, robots, and controllers; performs picking, packing, stocking, receipt processing, shipping, inventory counts, reconciliation, warehouse organization, and transaction data entry. The role requires accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, process adherence, and verification of quantities and part numbers. Forklift, reach truck, manlift, or overhead crane experience is preferred.

Lead strategic sales and account growth for FANUC’s AI, robotics, and emerging technology ecosystem. Build executive relationships with robotics startups, AI companies, investors, universities, and enterprise customers. Develop account plans, identify automation opportunities, coordinate facility audits and partners, conduct business reviews, and influence product strategy through market insights. The role requires capital equipment sales experience, robotics or automation industry knowledge, C-suite selling experience, understanding of Physical AI systems, customer-site visits, and a valid driver’s license.

Lead FANUC robotics software development for customer projects, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, KAREL/TPP/PMC programming, application integration, validation, installation, startup, quoting support, and customer training. The role focuses on body shop automation applications such as welding, dispensing, riveting, clinching, flow drilling, vision, and collaborative robots.

Leads advanced CNC programming, machining process optimization, tooling and workholding design, equipment integration, documentation, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. Programs 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and multi-axis lathes using Mastercam and FANUC controls. Mentors CNC programmers, machinists, and junior engineers while partnering with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve throughput, reduce scrap, maintain print compliance, and support scalable manufacturing operations.

Provides technical leadership and application support for industrial robotic automation across the Midwest. Responsibilities include robot programming, machine vision and safety expertise, customer and integrator training, technical issue resolution, demonstrations, sales support, demo-cell management, and robotic solution development using FANUC software, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. The role requires approximately 50% travel to customers, integrators, trade shows, and regional sites.

As an Application Engineer, you'll provide expertise on FANUC CNC systems, support OEMs and end users, offer technical assistance, and promote products. You'll travel frequently, develop technical solutions, and work on application development in manufacturing environments.

Provide technical leadership for physical AI, virtual commissioning, and digital twin robotics applications. Support pre- and post-sales, perform feasibility studies, simulations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and proof-of-concepts. Develop applications, improve robotics software, support vision/iRVision, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to integrate and optimize FANUC robot solutions.

The Technical Specialist provides advanced telephone support for FANUC robotics and related equipment, handles service requests, and resolves customer issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Manage and expand FANUC’s CRX distribution network by recruiting, developing, and retaining distributors, authorized system integrators, and device partners. Establish performance metrics, conduct business reviews, implement improvement plans, drive channel growth programs, support partner opportunities, and increase market share. The role requires customer-facing or selling experience, capital equipment knowledge, automation competency, and robotic application engineering and programming expertise.

Lead product planning and strategy for robotic software products: define requirements, prioritize development, manage releases and maintenance, coordinate testing with R&D, create technical marketing and pricing materials, support demos/training, resolve product issues, and assist sales and regional engineering with product adoption.

Design and approve mechanical components and layouts for robotic paint and dispense systems, including robot layouts, end-of-arm tooling, and application equipment; coordinate design engineers, create drawings, enter parts into Oracle ERP, and manage multiple projects to meet schedules.

Provide regional technical support, training, and advanced controls/software expertise for FANUC robotics integrators and end users. Use CAD and FANUC tools for simulations, demos, vision troubleshooting, and pre-engineering. Support sales with application assistance, accompany sales calls, document support requests, attend trade shows, and travel up to 50%.
