GENERAL SUMMARY: The Human Resources Director provides leadership for all human resources functions, supporting the organization’s mission, culture, and business objectives. The position partners with leadership to recruit, develop, engage, and retain a high performing workforce while ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. The Director fosters a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Prepares and adheres to departmental budget. This position warrants a company Data Plan.

Position available: Full-Time; Days: Monday-Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

2. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

3. Knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA. FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, COBRA, ACA.

4. Experience leading associate relations investigations and performance management.

5. Experience with compensation, benefits, and recruitment.

6. Must be a strategic and forward-thinking leader who excels at setting priorities, delegating effectively, and planning for both short and long-term success.

7. This role requires a visionary mindset, with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, drive key initiatives, and align business objectives with sustainable strategies. Ability to monitor and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize long term value.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC-based spreadsheets required, experience with HR software preferred.

9. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.

10. Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)

11. Valid and Active Driver License issued from any state.

12. Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh Golf Cart Training.
