Answers and transfers incoming calls professionally, provides information and directions, assists residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and performs assigned clerical duties. This is a PRN receptionist position in a senior living community, with an emphasis on courteous service, compassion, hospitality, and senior engagement.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates recruiting screenings, background checks, offers, onboarding, orientations, training, employee records, HRIS and timekeeping updates, benefits files, certifications, and compliance documentation. Assists with network access and employee communications while maintaining confidentiality and providing professional customer service.

Provides table service in health center dining rooms, including setting tables, taking orders, serving residents and guests, clearing dishes, answering menu questions, assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary work areas. Coordinate and schedule direct care staff to ensure adequate coverage and quality care for residents. Track attendance, maintain family relationships, provide training/in‑service, approve biweekly timecards for payroll, and handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Part-time waitstaff member supporting kitchen and hospitality operations. Responsibilities include serving guests, washing dishes and pots, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment, storing utensils, receiving deliveries, checking stock, and assisting with catering. Requires English communication, ability to operate dish-washing equipment, and frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and balancing.

Compiles and enters resident billing data, verifies insurance, establishes payor sources, follows up on aging receivables, posts payments, maintains ledgers and supporting documentation, runs reports, files paperwork, and assists accounting leadership with assigned duties.

Provides meal service in senior living nursing dining areas by setting tables, taking resident orders, assembling and delivering trays, serving meals, accommodating therapeutic diets and preferences, clearing and washing dishes, maintaining sanitation, completing logs, and supporting hospitality standards. Collaborates with dietary, nursing, and hospitality staff while assisting residents courteously and following manager direction.

Provides compassionate service while following dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests. The part-time role requires standing and walking most of the day and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provide strategic and administrative support to Finance and Development leaders: financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, executive support, meeting and travel coordination, project leadership, master calendar management, minutes and follow-up, vendor negotiation, and creation of professional presentations and reports.

Provides compassionate skilled nursing care to older adult residents, assists with daily living activities, monitors health and behavior changes, updates personalized care plans, responds to emergencies, and communicates with families and care leadership. The role requires a valid Texas LVN license and includes rotating weekend coverage with PRN and full-time shifts.

Maintains confidential records, updates medical information and advance directives, completes incident reports, and supports resident satisfaction and engagement.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including annual planning, advertising, referral development, events, lead generation, occupancy development, budgeting, CRM tracking, prospect follow-up, reporting, and supervision of sales and marketing staff. The role requires meeting sales goals, coordinating with senior leadership, and supporting community business needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provide administrative and marketing support for a senior living community: manage leads/CRM, coordinate events, update website and social media, prepare reports and marketing materials, process sales documentation, support move-ins, and assist the Marketing and Sales Director and Residency Counselors.
