Registered Nurse who assists the Director of Clinical Services overseeing nursing care in a health center. Works day shift, on-call rotation, Monday–Friday.

Lead and own significant accounting processes during the monthly close, review complex journal entries and reconciliations, analyze financial results, prepare audit schedules, provide technical guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, drive process improvements, and support system implementations and special projects to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage assisted living and memory care sales and marketing: meet sales targets, respond to inquiries, manage leads in Salesforce, represent the community, and execute referral and prospect events.

Provide medication administration assistance and personal care to senior residents per care plans and physician orders. Document shift tasks, respond to call lights and emergencies, assist with bathing, grooming, vitals, bed making, and communicate with families and supervisors.

Answer and transfer incoming calls; greet and assist residents, guests, staff, and vendors; perform clerical duties (logs, payments, reservations); accept deliveries; prepare maintenance work orders; operate office equipment; open/close desk; maintain professional hospitality and communication standards.

Provide direct nursing care to senior living residents, assist with ADLs, identify and monitor medical and behavioral changes, develop and reassess care plans, supervise/responsibly delegate to resident assistants, follow physician orders, coordinate nursing services with other disciplines, and report community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services.

Part-time internship supporting Business Applications training: develop and maintain technical training content, assist delivery (in-person and virtual), manage LMS tasks, assess training needs, support QA and project coordination, and track outcomes against business cases.
