We are seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team.  This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in administrative support, customer service, HR or office coordination. The HR Coordinator reports to the Director, HRIS & Total Rewards and supports the day-to-day delivery of HR services, including AskHR ticket management, ADP Workforce Now (WFN) onboarding audits, benefits enrollment monitoring, and Leave of Absence (LOA) support. This role serves as a front-line resource for staff and further supports the HR Team. The position plays a key role in maintaining process accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience within the HR function.

What you will do:

  • Monitor the AskHR ticketing system, including assigning incoming tickets and ensuring all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Serve as a front-line point of contact for staff questions related to benefits, leave, HRIS, and general HR policies.
  • Monitor and approve new hire benefit enrollments and qualifying life event changes; assist employees with Leave of Absence (LOA) inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Audit weekly new hire onboarding in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Partner with HRBP’s to support onboarding and I-9 verification.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly onboarding and workforce reporting from ADP WFN to Partner Services Partners.
  • Support employment verification requests.
  • Identify and escalate process gaps or data discrepancies in onboarding, benefits, or HRIS.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects, audits, and reporting as assigned.
  • May remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Coursework or an associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or HRIP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or a similar HRIS platform strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an HR case/ticketing management system (e.g., AskHR) preferred.
  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment.
  • May be required to work onsite at a WSB office, as needed, up to five days per week, as required by the project, client, or hiring manager.
  • Travel or field visits may be required to support project needs or stakeholder collaboration.
  • Travel may be required.
