Provide geotechnical engineering services including site investigations, analyses, reporting, construction observation, cost estimating, and pavement/retaining wall/foundation recommendations. Prepare geotechnical reports, soil boring logs, and field exploration/testing plans while ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery and supporting project management and business development activities.

Lead delivery of traffic engineering services, design traffic projects, prepare reports and memos, ensure QA/QC, pursue business development, implement emerging technologies and sustainable practices, and coordinate with other disciplines. Occasional field visits required.

Lead delivery of traffic engineering and ITS projects including design, modeling, signal timing, safety analysis, and quality control. Manage budgets, supervise staff, pursue business development, prepare proposals, and implement emerging traffic technologies.

Lead design and coordination of roadway, drainage, and utility projects; perform design calculations, cost estimates, and plan preparation; write technical reports and specifications; assist with proposals, budgets, schedules, public involvement; and oversee EITs/Technicians.

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of environmental investigation and remediation projects from scope to completion. Oversee field oversight, technical reporting, ESAs, remedial actions (petroleum, PFAS, vapor intrusion), client and regulator communication, team mentoring, budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, and business development/proposal support.

Lead multi-discipline municipal projects from proposal through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, public meetings, and project teams. Deliver CIP programs, secure alternative funding, coordinate stakeholders, support business development, and act as client-facing extension of city engineering/public works staff.

Support planning, design, and execution of natural gas distributed generation, pipeline, and utility projects. Prepare construction plan sets, perform hydraulic modeling and stress analysis, ensure code compliance (CFR 192, ASME B31.4, NFPA), QA/QC drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support installation and commissioning, and manage project documentation and schedules.

Provide on-site technical management and supervision for complex road and bridge construction projects. Oversee CEI inspection teams, direct administrative and field staff, manage progress and final estimates, and ensure inspections and testing (earthwork, asphalt, concrete, structures, lighting, markings, signals) meet project requirements.

Lead and grow Colorado bridge design services, pursue business development, manage projects and contracts, oversee team hiring and development, ensure technical quality and financial performance, and maintain client relationships (especially with CDOT).

Prepare and review traffic engineering studies, intersection and corridor operational analyses, and signal/signing designs. Use Synchro and other traffic software to develop analyses and timing plans, perform field counts and safety studies (including GDOT work), coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site visits, and support transportation planning and operational improvement recommendations.

Support P&C substation design and project execution including schematics, wiring, enclosure layouts, quality control, field inspections, factory testing, client coordination, and mentoring. Assist with scopes, budgets, schedules, and provide technical support during construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior engineers.

Manage right-of-way projects by interpreting engineering drawings, appraisals, and title documents; prepare legal conveyance paperwork; negotiate with landowners; finalize files; and train/mentor agents while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Develop code‑compliant electrical and mechanical designs for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar PV systems. Produce construction-ready documentation, conduct site assessments, optimize designs with modeling software, support permitting, and collaborate with engineers and project managers during preconstruction and design refinement.

Perform traffic analysis and simulation using industry tools, design traffic plans in Bentley/AutoCAD, conduct safety analyses, review traffic data, compile information, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Support municipal project design and coordination: perform design calculations, cost estimates, plan preparation, and technical reporting. Coordinate across disciplines, manage project activities to meet budgets and schedules, assist proposals, and potentially lead teams and client engagement.

Lead and manage traffic engineering projects for public and private clients. Prepare and review traffic design and construction documents, conduct traffic forecasting and microsimulation (VISSIM/CORSIM), perform safety analyses and technical memorandums, supervise engineers and technicians, support business development and proposals, and research emerging traffic technologies.

Lead multi-discipline municipal projects from proposal through closeout. Manage teams, client relationships, public involvement, regulatory compliance, budgets, risk mitigation, contracts, and secure alternative funding. Participate in business development and continuous improvement for municipal engineering and CIP programs.

Lead technical delivery of complex substation projects, develop execution and quality-control processes, mentor and manage engineering staff, coordinate multi-discipline teams, support budgeting, resource planning, change management, business development, and occasional field/client travel.

Manage municipal project design and deliver client-focused solutions. Oversee tasks, schedules, budgets, and quality control. Perform design work including 3D modeling, calculations, cost/quantity estimates, and plan development. Support proposals, public involvement, client meetings, and documentation. Mentor junior staff and troubleshoot construction/design issues to provide practical solutions.

Prepare and produce natural gas pipeline design and mapping deliverables using Civil 3D, BlueSky, and GIS tools. Create construction plan sets, P&IDs, isometrics, and related drawings; follow CAD standards; coordinate with engineers and project teams; manage drawing revisions and document control.
