Human Resources Associate

Summary: 

The HR Associate plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s talent lifecycle by driving recruitment, policy implementation, and compliance with employment legislation. This position ensures the smooth operation of HR functions while fostering a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace. With a strong focus on strategic HR practices and administrative excellence, the HR Associate contributes to organizational growth by developing and maintaining efficient systems for performance management, payroll, benefits, employee records, and workplace wellness. Responsibilities: 

- Oversee daily operations of the HR department (10%) 

- Support the development and implementation of fair and effective HR initiatives and systems (10%) 

- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations (10%) 

- Perform routine administrative tasks to support HR functions (7%) 

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including attendance and EEO data (10%) 

- Implement and manage performance review processes, including quarterly, annual, and 360° evaluations (8%) 

- Ensure precise execution of payroll and benefits administration (10%) 

- Review and oversee procedures related to employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health (10%) 

- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and manage the full employment lifecycle (15%) 

- Perform other duties as assigned by the organization (10%)
