- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff.
- Ensure all HR documentation and employee records remain current, accurate, and securely organized.
- Assist in the performance management cycle by tracking appraisal schedules and monitoring follow-up actions.
- Professionally handle employee inquiries and grievances, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Cultivate a strong organizational culture by promoting professional conduct and ethical standards.
- Contribute to the creation, implementation, and periodic review of HR policies and operational procedures.
- Track workforce metrics and prepare detailed reports on HR data and management updates as requested.
- Organize and support training programs, learning initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Administer employee welfare and recognition programs to enhance staff well-being.
- Ensure all HR practices align with internal policies and external employment laws.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and people-related challenges.
- Assist in HR strategic projects, process optimization, and the adoption of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
