Reporting to the Senior HRBPs, this position is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities with a focus on efficiency, candidate experience, and timely delivery. The HR Associate contributes to talent acquisition strategy development, maintains strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle, and ensures compliance with HR processes. Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other recruiters to share candidate pools and align on hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and research methodologies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely execution of recruitment activities, meeting set deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Program Coordinator on recruitment status, metrics, and outcomes.
- Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms to maximize visibility and reach.
- Deliver timely, constructive feedback to candidates who are not selected for roles.
- Conduct follow-up calls with new hires on their first day to confirm onboarding and resumption.
- Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and team introductions.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers in coordination with hiring managers and HR leadership.
