This is an entry-level HR role — but it's not for everyone. We'll invest in you, mentor you, and help you grow. What we can't do is teach you the basics. Read carefully before you apply.
What you'll do
You'll be part of a real HR team — supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding. You'll work with people constantly: candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. You'll use tools, follow processes, and be expected to figure out basic things on your own before escalating.
What we are looking for?
Coachable and process-driven. You take feedback without getting defensive, and you follow systems — even when shortcuts are tempting.
Digitally functional. You can navigate a portal, fill out a form, and figure out a new tool without a step-by-step walkthrough. If you need someone to show you how to use Google Drive or MS Teams, this isn't the right fit.
Genuinely a people person. HR is not a behind-the-scenes job. You'll be talking to people all day — candidates, employees, managers. You need to be warm, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations.
Comfortable with data and AI tools. We use technology to work smarter. Curiosity about AI and automation isn't a bonus — it's a baseline expectation going forward.
Available for midshift. Our team runs a midshift schedule in Eastwood, Libis. This is hybrid set up. Please don't apply if that doesn't work for you.
