Summary
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will work closely with the HR team to facilitate daily HR operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department

- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job advertisements, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops by coordinating logistics and participant communication.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist in drafting and distributing HR-related correspondence and documentation.
Required Skills, Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1 years) in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- English proficiency is required advanced level (Oral and Written).
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified.
