How you will contribute
You Will:

  • Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities.
  • Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations.
  • Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus.
  • Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances.
  • Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline.

  • Relevant labor relations or human resources experience.
  • Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives Drive for results and customer service orientation.
  • Project management skills and pro-actively manage work.
  • Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities.


  • Weekly routine with unions.
  • Mapping of union and employee dissatisfaction, as well as addressing these issues, ensuring proper handling.
  • Leading the local Labor Relations committee.
  • Assessment of terminations.
  • Management of disciplinary actions and conflicts involving employees.
  • Mapping of formal and informal leaders.
  • Handling absenteeism cases.
  • Preparation for union negotiations to be conducted by the People Lead and Union Relations Brazil: analysis of the economic scenario, monitoring of negotiations in regional companies, projection of the adjustment rate, and budget analysis.
