Position Responsibilities
Analyze Human Resources (HR) data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
Create reports and deliver insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
2+ years of Analyst experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
