Compensation Analyst
- Support the design, analysis, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and salary structures.
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to inform compensation decisions.
- Assist with annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus administration, and promotional adjustments.
- Prepare compensation reports, recommendations, and dashboards for HR leadership, business partners, and executive stakeholders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze workforce data across HR functions (compensation, turnover, recruiting, engagement, etc.) to identify trends and insights.
- Support ad hoc data requests with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation and procedures are current and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related reporting and issues.
- Contribute to HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze participation, utilization, and cost trends to support benefits strategy.
- Provide analytical support for recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and offer competitiveness.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
