We are hiring an HR Officer – Multi-Region Operations who will support our HR Business Partner (HRBP) in leading HR initiatives and managing Human Resources operations for our U.S.-based employees and independent contractors across the Philippines and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HRBP with daily HR operations and administrative functions for our global workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws, particularly in the Philippines and the United States.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and make sure the data are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
  • Support performance evaluations, employee feedback initiatives, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) tracking.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and support company culture initiatives.
  • Assist the HRBP with employment contracts, workforce planning, and policy alignment.
  • Support labor compliance processes for independent contractors.
  • Assist with BIR transactions and other tax-related requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with HR vendors.
  • Coordinate and facilitate pre-employment background checks with external vendors.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience covering core HR functions, including:
      • Employee Relations
      • Labor Relations
      • HR Compliance
      • Payroll
      • Compensation & Benefits
      • Employee Engagement
      • Performance Management
      • Policy Development
      • HR Operations
  • Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or Training will not be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
      • HR Policy Development
      • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation
      • Knowledge Base Documentation
      • Process Improvement and Optimization
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing:
      • Payroll Administration
      • Timekeeping and Attendance Management
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience supporting or partnering with U.S.-based clients, stakeholders, or organizations.
  • Proven experience with:
      • Performance Management Systems
      • Compensation Structures
      • Employee Performance Reviews
  • Strong working knowledge and practical application of:
      • Philippine Labor Laws
      • Statutory Compliance Requirements
      • Employee Relations
      • Labor Relations
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in:

Skills Required

  • Strong working knowledge and practical application of Philippine Labor Laws and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and workflows
