The Role
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance and benefits administration; coordinate performance management, training, employee engagement, compliance with Ghana labour law, disciplinary processes, workforce planning, and monthly HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including appraisals and probation reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programmes.
- Promote employee engagement, staff welfare, and organisational culture initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labour law compliance.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes.
- Prepare monthly HR report
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Support occupational health, safety, and employee wellbeing programmes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification or membership with the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana, or an equivalent professional body
- Master degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, waste management, industrial operations, or a similar environment is an advantage.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other relevant employment legislation.
- Understanding of HR best practices, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
