Revenue and Operations Assurance Intern

The Revenue and Operational Assurance Intern supports the development and improvement of business processes, operational efficiency, and commercial compliance. The role works closely with internal teams such as Technology, Sales, and Business Development to ensure alignment with operational and contractual requirements. The intern provides support in process optimization, compliance monitoring, revenue assurance activities, and commercial initiatives while building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to strategic business decisions.

• Support the review, development, and improvement of business processes to ensure they are efficient, updated, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure operational procedures, contractual obligations, and business standards are properly implemented and maintained.
  
• Assist with training and providing operational support to client-facing teams to enhance effectiveness and service delivery.
  
• Support compliance monitoring and internal audits of business processes to identify risks, improve controls, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  
• Assist in revenue assurance activities, including reviewing payment processes and supporting the implementation of accurate and consistent payment plans for customers.
  
• Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities, product enhancements, and operational initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  
• Prepare reports, track operational performance, and provide administrative support to the Revenue and Operational Assurance team.
  
• Assist the Group Revenue and Operational Assurance Manager with assigned projects and other operational duties.
  
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
