Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on technical assistance to innovators, startups, and trainees using digital tools and platforms.
- Assist in planning and facilitating digital skills training sessions tailored to diverse participant needs.
- Support routine updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Agrico Hub’s digital platforms and learning systems.
- Collect, organize, and manage digital data related to training outcomes, innovation milestones, and program activities.
- Provide timely technical support to staff, trainers, and participants across digital tools and systems.
- Participate in pilot testing and evaluation of new digital tools or innovations proposed by internal teams or partners.
- Contribute to the development and sharing of digital content, reports, and program documentation.
- Collaborate with program teams to align digital workflows with training and innovation cycles.
