As the HubSpot Specialist, you will play an essential role in developing and refining processes and policies that strengthen Expo Centric’s relationship with its customers. Working closely with the HubSpot Manager, you’ll support sales pipeline management, deal tracking, and the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. Your expertise in HubSpot will ensure our CRM functions smoothly, guiding leads through the funnel and supporting long-term business growth.

Duties:
- Assist in managing and programming our database.
- Analyse data to inform business development strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain data processes and operational policies.
- Analyse customer behaviour and measure business impact to guide strategy improvements.
- Monitor strategy implementation in real time.
- Develop new strategies to improve customer experience using CRM data and feedback.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance CRM customisations, optimisations, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to enhance the CRM platform and its integrations.
- Support the development of CRM procedures, training materials, and processes.
- Manage documentation and operational reporting related to CRM and Operations Management.
- Assist in CRM process creation, management, and continuous improvement.
- Analyse marketing and sales data and provide insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports on marketing and sales performance.
Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a commercial role or equivalent.
- Extensive experience using the HubSpot platform is required.
- Exposure to the Exhibition industry or similar is preferred.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A desire for continuous growth and development.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Proven time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- 3+ years of HubSpot CRM experience.
- B2B agency background is preferred.
