The HSE Manager plays a crucial role in driving HSE excellence and ensuring the well-being of our workforce and the environment. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively manage and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote HSE awareness and personal responsibility among management and staff.
- Review and ensure compliance with HSE policies and plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate hazards and risks associated with work activities.
- Compile and communicate HSE statistics to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and test emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Implement HSE training programs for all facility personnel.
- Ensure personnel are trained and competent to perform their roles.
- Lead risk assessments and develop safety procedures.
- Follow up on incident investigations and share lessons learned.
Conduct routine site assessment audits and analyze HSE trends
