Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. About the Team
Based at our factory in Gazimağusa, our team ensures the highest standards of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), creating a safe production environment for both our consumers and employees.
Working through strong cross-functional collaboration, the team integrates global standards into local operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage customer and consumer needs and expectations, embedding a quality-first mindset across all processes
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, Diageo standards, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, and OHSAS
- Lead the continuous improvement of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE management systems
- Manage Global Product Specifications and quality requirements related to raki production
- Develop, implement, and sustain ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, and FSSC systems
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on laboratory analyses
- Ensure HSE management systems are operated in line with legal regulations and company standards (GRMS)
- Coordinate risk assessments, hazard analyses, internal audits, and HACCP/GMP practices
- Conduct GRMS, SFIP, and SQIP audits and ensure timely follow-up of actions
- Lead the Food Safety team and prevent recurring issues through root cause analysis
- Manage consumer complaints and corrective/preventive actions
- Embed and promote a strong food safety culture across the site
- Prepare KPI reports and lead quality and HSE projects
- Fulfil responsibilities as Occupational Safety Specialist and Environmental Officer
Required Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of production and plant operations
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Analytical, results- and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven team management and leadership capabilities
- Flexible, agile, and a strong team player
- Active driver (Class D driving license)
- Based in Gazimağusa, Cyprus, or open to relocation
