We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically skilled HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Human Resources Information System. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline HR processes, and support strategic decision-making through reliable reporting and analytics.
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical orientation, with hands-on experience in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent English.
- A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, or similar) – an advantage.
