AI Business Solution Engineer

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to join our growing Internal AI innovation group- someone who’s passionate about bridging technology, automation, and real-world business impact. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting agentic AI solutions across our internal platforms.

• 3-5 years of experience 
• You have a strong background in automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, workato.)
• You’re fluent in data processes- from integration to transformation and delivery
• You have hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-integrated solutions (n8n, relevance, etc)
• You thrive in environments that combine enablement, education, and innovation, guiding others to build smarter solutions
• You have excellent communication skills and a passion for translating technical concepts into real-world impact

Bonus points

• Experience with Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval pipelines
• Experience in creating enablement programs or internal developer communities
