- Maintain and enhance the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including the successful deployment of the Employee Self-Service (ESS) feature.
- Execute payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain payroll records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all employee data.
- Collaborate closely with the HR and Finance departments to update employee information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Generate and provide accurate and up-to-date employee headcount and personnel data reports to support internal HR operations and management needs.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in HRIS systems, reward management, PPh 21 (Payroll and Taxation), and relevant government regulations
Preferably experienced in using Sunfish as the HRIS platform
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
