As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Providing business partnership and mentorship to the relevant business units/functions people managers to impact motivation, development, and retention of talent.

• Actively collaborate across peer groups – specifically, individuals within recruiting, training & development, and finance to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of PropertyGuru talent and achieve company goals.

• Promote employee experience and actively integrate our overall wellness and talent management programs (proactively coaching employees on career and development opportunities).

• Supporting key talent initiatives across business units such as leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational strategy and design, & competency development.

• Providing HR generalist and advisory services to the Business Unit, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions.

• Being a company culture champion, implement cultural initiatives and ensure that who we are and whom we aspire to be is aligned between people and business.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in HR business partnership roles in previous organizations especially in the Technology industry.

• A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management & employee relations. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
