What you’ll do
Leverages specialized depth of HR knowledge to provide strategic consultation with key stakeholders and leaders, often around areas of significant scope and complexity.
Partners with EFX senior leadership team (SLT) or other senior leaders to align HR and business strategy, to identify Human Capital opportunities, and improve business outcomes through talent optimization
Leads change management and workforce planning efforts with support and direction from the COE
Implements and executes HR programs and initiatives
Serves as the escalation point for HR-related BU/COE issues
Mentors other team members, may be an individual contributor or lead a small team.
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner, which may include experience within Talent Management or other HR related areas that include a high degree of collaboration, partnership, business understanding and strategic alignment
Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, employee development, performance management and general employment laws
Highly skilled in managing competing deadlines, influencing at all levels (P3: most levels), exercising sound judgement and effectively managing conflict
Intuitively influences positively and manages conflict with approachability, tactfulness, sound judgment and discretion ability to influence others,
Ability to develop, attract and assess talent
What could set you apart
MBA or advanced degree
SHRM Certification - PHR / SPHR
Experience working with in Financial Services and/or Technology industries
Experience working with Global and/or heavily matrixed organizations
Experience with Google Workspace tools
Experience with Workday
