The HRIS Administrator is responsible for supporting the New Hire and HR Services teams with HRIS system-related issues, questions and concerns relative to executing transactions. The incumbent in this role will partner with the Senior HRIS Administrator to highlight system business process issues and/or improvement opportunities. Additionally, he/she will partner with the HR Services Team Manager and/or Lead to support data quality and integrity initiatives which will include coordination of data updates, creation of HRIS training materials and training of HR Services team(s), HR Ambassadors and/or HR COE team members on the proper execution of HRIS transactions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports employee lifecycle day-to-day questions and issues from HR Services, New Hire, Recruiting, Talent Management and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams related to HRIS transactions.
  • Identifies HRIS-related training opportunities and partners with respective teams to create training material and train internal HR teams.
  • Detects and strategizes on business process improvement opportunities and creates proposals outlining current, future state and benefit of change. Partners with Senior HRIS Administrator to execute implementation plans.
  • Generates and produces data audit reports to identify data quality and integrity discrepancies and works with the Senior HRIS Administrator, HR Services Manager, HR Services Lead and HRBPs to qualify issues and determine next steps for corrections.
  • Supports mass data uploads and AdHoc transactions related to high priority or confidential requests from HR Leadership team.
  • Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic and intermediate AdHoc data requests.
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Basic technical and functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits processes a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Ability to accurately and precisely evaluate, validate and manipulate large volumes of data in a timely manner.
  • Clear, strong and effective verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong task management and organizational skills required.
  • Knowledge of database maintenance concepts and skills required.
  • Skilled in performing accurate data entry.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

  • Associate's degree in an HR or systems related discipline or relatable college-level coursework required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 4 years' HRIS related experience required.
  • Workday HCM Certification preferred.
