About the Position

Qumulo is a fast growing, innovative company, with people-focused leaders and a robust internal recruiting team. Your role as a Technical Sourcer will be to evangelize our talent brand to our target audience, identifying people who are passionate about what we do, and sharing our story with them.

In this role you will drive initiatives in employer branding, talent assessment, and DE&I, to support our rapidly scaling organization. This role is equal parts creative, data driven, and process oriented, and we're looking for someone who can tackle every facet of the role with positivity and resourcefulness.

We are searching for a highly-motivated, scrappy, and passionate Technical Sourcer to help us double the size of Qumulo over the next two years and beyond!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of roles, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
• Creating compelling outreach and pitch open roles to potential candidates via various channels
• Build pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates from a variety of sources
• Find and engage passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Build targeted outbound strategies in specific targets.
• Be responsible for candidate experience, and other sourcing key metrics. Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines.
• Adhoc recruiting projects as needed and regular recruiting team support.
• Report weekly on outbound sourcing activities and sourcing pipeline. Supporting virtual recruiting event strategy with outbound and follow-up campaigns.
• Make recommendations and try new tools that could increase the candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying extraordinary candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
• Experience in both traditional talent sourcing techniques including basic knowledge with boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and an understanding of the main resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, and conferences most frequented by software engineers is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
