Software Engineering Interns will contribute to Qumulo’s distributed storage platform using C, Rust, and Python. Responsibilities include designing and implementing product features, participating in code reviews and pair programming, collaborating on architecture, testing, debugging failures, and resolving product or service issues. Interns will work directly with engineering teams on customer-facing functionality and internal improvements involving distributed systems, file systems, concurrency, and operating systems.

Lead Qumulo’s Pacific Northwest enterprise sales organization, owning regional strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, talent development, and executive customer engagement. Build relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners, develop joint go-to-market initiatives, inspect complex deals, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success. The role requires extensive enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and data-storage sales leadership experience.

Lead Qumulo’s Northern California regional sales organization, owning go-to-market strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, strategic accounts, partner alliances, and executive customer engagement. Manage and develop Account Executives while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success. The role focuses on enterprise sales of data storage, cloud, SaaS, and infrastructure solutions across technology, AI/ML, autonomous vehicle, and life sciences markets.

Own and grow a territory in Illinois and Wisconsin by prospecting, building relationships, delivering demos and value propositions, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and closing new and expansion business to meet quota.

Own technical pre-sales engagements for media and entertainment customers: design cloud/hybrid file and object storage architectures, deliver demos and POCs, produce technical proposals/RFP responses, drive deal strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to studios, broadcasters, and partners to win and expand M&E opportunities.

Drive new business sales across the UK territory for Qumulo by developing strategic plans, prospecting, presenting demos, articulating ROI, closing deals, and building long-term customer and partner relationships while collaborating with internal teams.

Act as a technical customer advocate for Qumulo across on-prem and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments. Technical lead for media, entertainment, gaming, and sports accounts driving pre-sales: discovery, demos, POCs, and architecture sign-off. Design high-throughput, low-latency storage and multi-site collaboration architectures, build technical toolkits, and partner with sales and customer teams (TDs, post supervisors, pipeline engineers, IT).

Lead technical pre-sales for Nordics and Netherlands: design scale-out unstructured data solutions, run PoCs on-prem and cloud, produce proposals/RFPs, lead deep-dives and whiteboards, collaborate with sales and OEM partners, track regional trends and contribute technical content.

Designs and validates hybrid and multi-site storage/data management solutions for file services, backup/archive, analytics, and AI/ML. Partners with sales and infrastructure teams, builds reference architectures, demo content, and solution briefs, and translates customer requirements into scalable production designs.

Design and automate scale and resilience tests for Qumulo's hybrid cloud storage platform. Build test frameworks and schedules, automate manual tests, troubleshoot failures across VMs and hardware, analyze cluster/C error logs, implement monitoring and alerts, participate in on-call, and help set release quality standards.

Run HQ front desk and guest experience; manage kitchens, snacks, supplies, badges and building access; coordinate catering, events, and vendor relationships; troubleshoot office issues; receive deliveries and handle mail; partner with executives, HR, marketing, and finance on office projects. On-site five days a week in downtown Seattle.

Design and automate resilience and scale tests for hybrid cloud storage, triage failures across VMs and hardware, build scheduling and monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus/InfluxDB), set release quality gates, and participate in on-call support. Focus on finding edge cases, automating manual tests, and improving test coverage and reliability.
