About You and The Role  

The ideal Recruiting Partner for Zipline understands that a company’s greatest asset is its people and you have a direct hand in shaping the future of the company with whom you help hire. What You'll Do  
  • Partner closely with engineering leads & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and coach them on how to maximize hiring output for their team
  • Continuously hone your pitch and ability to understand what motivates candidates and why Zipline could be the perfect place for them to grow their career and have a huge impact
  • Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the entire process
  • Help to ensure that Zipline is prioritizing diversity in all of our hiring efforts across the company 
  • Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent 
  • Collaborate with other recruiters on the team, leveling up the function, sharing best practices & helping to ensure we reach our collective goals 
  • Stay current with tech and autonomous drone delivery industry news
  • Be the ultimate champion and guardian of Zipline's culture, both internally and externally
  • Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communication
  • Help to hire and develop other world-class recruiters 
  • Have fun and feel energized by having a helping hand in growing Zipline and building a legendary company! 
What You'll Bring 
  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience 
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent 
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for building diverse teams & pipelines
  • Creative problem-solver, going the extra mile to close the top talent and passionate about cultivating the most enjoyable candidate experience
  • Willingness to invest in your own growth and become true partner to our technical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with hardware recruiting (ME, EE, etc.) 
  • Bonus: Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, & Excel
  • Bonus: Experience with private equity & stock options
