Develop, validate, and own cell- and pack-level battery models (SPM/SPMe/P2D and equivalent circuit) and electro-thermal models. Design and analyze EIS, HPPC, OCV, and aging test campaigns. Build battery state estimation and charging/aging-aware algorithms and integrate models into simulation and fleet software. Lead cell selection and vendor benchmarking and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy validated models into operations.

Drive production readiness and manufacturing execution across NPI and production environments. Build and maintain production plans, align labor and material readiness, resolve shortages and blockers, coordinate cross-functionally, monitor WIP and schedules, and improve material flow and execution to meet aggressive build targets in a fast-changing hardware manufacturing environment.

Lead the design of power electronics systems for drone charging infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to production, ensuring reliability and system integration.
