Plan, build, QA, launch, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) using Braze. Own customer journeys, segmentation, testing, measurement, and lifecycle calendar while partnering with analytics, data science, and cross-functional teams to drive activation, repeat purchases, reactivation, and retention.

Lead reliability strategy for mission-critical mechanical and electromechanical systems. Define reliability targets, perform FMEAs, design accelerated life and environmental tests, investigate failures to root cause, set service intervals, and drive cross-functional decisions on hardware readiness and release.

Lead reliability strategy for high-power, high-voltage power-electronics (starting with grid-connected converters/charging systems). Identify dominant failure risks, run DFMEAs, design physics-based accelerated tests, perform failure analysis, define service limits, and provide cross-functional reliability leadership and sign-off.

Design, build, commission, and continuously improve custom mechanical test equipment for crash, impact, crush, vibration, thermal, and structural testing of batteries and aircraft hardware. Own end-to-end development from requirements to validation, perform structural analyses and FEA, produce CAD and manufacturing documentation, integrate sensors and DAQ, ensure operator safety, and collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers.

Own ground test strategy for the droid and zipping point hardware: design and build mechanical test fixtures and life-test rigs, add electrical instrumentation, write Python automation and data logging, run qualification and production test campaigns, triage cross-domain failures, and deploy test equipment to suppliers to support production ramps.

Lead design, automation, and operation of enterprise IT platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, cloud). Build scalable IAM (RBAC, SSO, MFA, provisioning), API integrations, and automation using Python/Bash. Own architecture, reliability, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical standards while partnering with Security, Engineering, and business teams and mentoring IT staff.

Lead development and ownership of operational standards and an objective evaluation system for flight operations and fleet supervision. Translate regulations, safety policy, and technical capabilities into measurable criteria, audits, metrics, training, and controlled documentation. Run readiness reviews, analyze evidence to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and deliver decision-ready assessments for safe, scalable autonomous operations.

Design, build, and manage mechanical test systems from concept through operation to validate vehicle functionality and reliability. Generate test requirements with product and reliability teams, define edge cases from field data, prioritize test activities, maintain test infrastructure, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers while coordinating across structures, aero, embedded, and software teams.
