About the job
The Red Hat Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team is looking for a Talent Program Manager for our Talent Assessment and Selection Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for building an end-to-end global Talent Assessment and Selection strategy. You will also be responsible for managing, promoting, and evaluating the effectiveness of the assessment programs and products, including our behavioral interviewing program and technical assessment tools, used in our talent acquisition process. You'll use your background in global, scalable program management and process excellence to improve Red Hat's recruiter, candidate, and interviewer experience. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders as a consultant and subject matter expert to develop solutions that continuously improve existing talent assessment and selection programs and align with the global talent assessment and selection strategy. You'll be expected to demonstrate the ability to spot risks and ask the right questions to ensure diverse perspectives and options are considered. To be successful in this role, you'll need insightful analytical skills and a data-driven outlook, along with solid intuition. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do

  • Develop a detailed, scalable talent assessment and selection roadmap with clear timelines and milestones for the next generation of our approach to talent assessment and selection
  • Continually promote and market our portfolio of interviewer training resources, including measuring and improving communication aligned with adoption targets
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand global and local hiring objectives, and offer scalable, sustainable solutions for assessment and selection needs, including feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Sustain go-to-market efforts by partnering across all People (HR) team functions to ensure overall process governance, documentation, and alignment
  • Partner closely with our HR Analytics team to measure, assess, and articulate the near-term and long-term business impact of the assessment and selection portfolio
  • Ensure that assessments and assessment delivery processes meet legal and compliance requirements and that all assessments are regularly maintained and documented to verify job relevance and effectiveness


What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in global program management in an enterprise environment
  • Experience owning global program strategy including design, promotion, end-to-end delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to effectively facilitate, manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leaders to meet operational performance goals
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a solid attention to detail, and work on your own in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment


The following will be considered a plus:

  • Experience managing enterprise-scale talent acquisition programs
  • Experience working with pre-hire technical assessments in a technology-focused organization
  • Experience with pre-hire assessment design and delivery compliance requirements
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing methodologies
