About the Opportunity:

WeWork’s Talent & Performance Team oversees the strategy, design, and execution of core talent management activities, which aim to foster a workforce that is well-positioned to deliver on the company’s strategic objectives. We are seeking an analyst to assist with a variety of work supporting the delivery of our core lifecycle processes including, but not limited to: employee goal setting, feedback cycles, promotion processes, talent reviews, and employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Annual Cycle Projects (e.g., Goal Setting, Feedback Cycles, Talent Reviews, Promotion Processes)

    • Own status tracking, maintain project plans, develop project calendars, and facilitate weekly updates including meeting minutes and action items

    • Attend meetings and produce minutes, craft follow up summaries, and track action items; coordinate follow up sessions as required

    • Drive ongoing research and market benchmarking in the talent management space, and make improvement recommendations related to core processes 

    • Draft and update design documents to help our People Systems team understand business requirements related to our Talent & Performance processes

    • Support employee inquiries throughout processes and serve as the primary Talent & Performance liaison to our People Operations team as they support our processes

    • Draft and refine presentation slide decks for related employee trainings / webinars

    • Create and populate templates with data required to summarize outcomes of our talent processes

    • Create/refine employee support resources and Talent Strategy content to be posted on our company intranet

    • Own reporting and data analysis related to Talent & Performance processes

    • Liaise with our People Analytics and People Operations teams to drive reporting related to our workforce, and manage organizational data for executive reporting related to core Talent & Performance processes and/or general workforce reporting

    • Coordinate with other People functions to run analyses summarizing outcomes of our core processes (e.g., text analysis, completion reporting, etc.)

    • Liaise with People Operations for ad hoc headcount / demographic data reporting to support executive asks

    • Maintain organization charts and work with HRBPs to refresh as needed

    • Coordinate calendars to facilitate seamless scheduling across stakeholder groups

    • Coordinate meetings and own set up, preparation of supporting technology and sending pre-reads or follow ups 

    • Coordinate one-off executive sponsored projects as needed, delivering and maintaining project plans, status updates and managing cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, general human resources management, management consulting or related field

  • Extreme attention to detail and high degree of precision

  • Comfort working with data and producing insightful quantitative analysis in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Experienced (or able to very quickly learn) in PPT / Google Slides and able to create clean, concise summaries of complex topics or storylines

  • Highly organized and able to manage several projects at once while effectively prioritizing

  • Ability to run with new projects / tasks and self-sufficient in finding solutions to ambiguous business problems

  • Resourceful and able to troubleshoot; tendency to propose potential solutions when identifying a problem or obstacle

  • Experience with research, industry benchmarking, and translating market best practices to internal process improvement proposals 

  • Interest in Talent Management, employee experience and workforce strategy

  • Interest / experience with project management
