Due to our rapid growth, we have an immediate need for a seasoned Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring efforts and join us here at Alation. This is a great opportunity to join one of the most well regarded and fastest growing start-ups, working with a high performing talent acquisition team! The ideal candidate will have heavy Sales/Go-to-Market recruiting background.

What you'll be doing...

• Source, engage, and hire world-class talent into roles we actively recruit for such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, PS Consultants and other hi-demand roles
• Partner with functional leaders and hiring managers
• Operationalize sourcing pipeline into measurable and metrics driven campaigns
• Collaborate with talent acquisition team, and develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies with hiring managers
• Effectively partner with employees across company to drive employee referrals
• Manage the interview and recruiting process for candidates from identification and engagement all the way through to negotiation ad closing

Who you are....

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical field
• Ability to implement advanced searches and sourcing strategies for high-priority open roles.
• Have demonstrated full-cycle recruiting (from sourcing to closing) for hi-demand roles
• Comfortable using engagement strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and standard channels
• Having experience in a data, business intelligence or analytics environment is preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast pace environment
• "Hunter" mentality with with tenacity to not give up
