POSITION OVERVIEW

KKR seeks a proactive, efficient, and resourceful individual to join the firm’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team, based in New York. The TA Operations lead will be tasked with enhancing recruitment optimization by finding opportunities to improve TA systems, tools, workflows, and processes across the firm.  They will partner with recruiters and human capital business partners throughout KKR to create an optimal experience for hiring managers, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.  The successful candidate will lead critical projects for the TA team, while identifying and reporting on key milestones.  They will oversee key external vendor relationships such as LinkedIn and Greenhouse (the firm’s global applicant tracking system) and will coordinate with key partners at KKR such as Legal, Finance, and Engineering on internal initiatives.  They will produce and maintain operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures and will oversee several TA processes such as employee referrals, internal job mobility and more.  They will partner with other members of the Human Capital team to provide data, reporting and analytics, with a focus on bringing more efficiency to these.  This individual will operate in a fast-paced, high volume environment and will therefore need to be extremely organized, self-motivated, resilient and collaborative.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate and improve operations related to TA, including but not limited to, talent sourcing, job postings and metrics
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements to TA operations with a focus on improving candidate and recruiter experiences through standardization, automation, digitization and implementation of KPIs.
  • Manage operations/compliance vendors (pre-employment screenings, talent assessments, etc.) and outsourced labor providers (staffing agencies and search firms) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Reorganization and ongoing file administration of TA content such as job descriptions, presentations and firm FAQs,
  • External search fee management and administration
  • Consult with Talent Acquisition leadership to prepare and maintain TA budget and forecasts
  • Administer Greenhouse (KKR’s global applicant tracking system) and Interview Skills Training
  • Provide summary analysis of social media platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn trends
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of Operational experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Human Resources, and/or Project Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience overseeing Talent Acquisition operations, policies, and procedures
  • Proven track record managing department budgets and financias
  • lAdvanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis, report creation, metrics & trend analysis using graphs, charts, and other data visualization techniques.
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Experience designing and documenting process maps and operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Previous Greenhouse (KKR’s global applicant tracking system) experience preferred

SALARY RANGE

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $125,000 to $150,000.  Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
