Talent Acquisition Manager,  GTM EMEA at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Managing all GTM recruiting strategy and execution, including mentoring and growing the team, pipeline health, meeting hiring goals, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Scaling and iterating Collibra’s global field hiring process, introducing rigor, predictability, and consistency across the world, while driving equity through a disciplined structured interviewing processes
  • Working with managers, executives, and people partners to deliver localized and functionalized diversity recruiting action plans 
  • Partnering with People Partners, Finance, and business leaders to reinforce an always-be-hiring culture, supported by evergreen pipeline and excellent candidate relationships
  • Developing candidate experience and talent brand initiatives in support of present or future hiring goals

You Have:

  • Managed EMEA GTM recruiting teams in enterprise SaaS organizations 
  • Scaled GTM teams 
  • Built and delivered measurable diversity hiring programs
  • Implemented structured interviewing best practices across your functions
  • Managed, mentored, and developed a high-performing recruiting team

  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, technology empowered, and optimization oriented

Reporting to Collibra’s Senior Manager, Global GTM Recruiting, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will develop relationships with our EMEA based GTM leaders and build rapport with your TA team.
  • Within your third month, begun implementing and measuring your strategic initiatives based on the organizational needs of the GTM teams and your team.
  • Within your sixth month, you will have led the team to and through two quarters of hiring targets, thrilled hiring managers, and have built plans for months 6-12 based on what you’ve learned.
