We are looking for a Senior Level Technical Recruiter to support our internal roles while helping to shape and mold our TA team and processes. This role will have direct impact on company growth. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with IT leaders, hiring managers and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Work full-cycle taking your candidates through initial outreach through the entirety of the candidate experience, including interview setup
Participate in industry webinars and virtual events as both a brand talent ambassador and a front-line recruiter to fill hard to find technical talent
Generate your own pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety sourcing methods
Work on best practices in tools and candidate experience to enhance the entire function
Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Day-to-day
Emphasis on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process.
Develop a pool of active and passive candidates for the business using proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active sourcing techniques, engaging leads from employees and leaders, using various social media platforms and the use of job boards.
Demonstrate the ability to keenly identify motivation and potential within talent and match to current and future openings.
Manage the recruiting process from posting to onboarding.
What we're looking for:
5+ years min of recruiting experience
3+ years min recruiting for all levels of Technical talent (Front End Developers, Back End Developers, Full Stack Developers, etc.)
Bachelor's degree, technical background is a plus
Experience with Workday, our ATS, is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and completely CRUSH IT
Superior negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and consulting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Store Support Center Associates
Provide leadership and support training on all Safety programs, processes and procedures, insuring that every associate is properly trained for their position.
Follow established Safety procedures in all aspects of work assignments applicable to the position. This includes participating in all Safety related training and acquiring certifications. Each associate is responsible for Safety at the Store Support Center and when visiting other company work locations. All Safety concerns must be brought to the attention of the management of a location and/or the Store Support Center Safety Department immediately.
