World Wide Technology, Inc. islooking for a highly motivated Senior Resource Manager withproven success insourcing and recruiting A-players for contract roles. Asa Senior Resource Manager, you're charged with finding consultants for contract assignments. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to our end-clients. The person for this role will becreative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allowshim/her to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.The Senior Resource Manager will need to becomfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for requisitions across multiple departments, locations and skill levels (ranging from entry level to director level).
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and be adept at sourcing a high volume ofcandidates directly and through staffing partners.
• Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate recruiting status regularly
• Partner with our leaders to implement and execute effective sourcing programs and strategies
• Participate on the resource management team to implement best recruiting practices and creative strategies to source and recruit top talent
• Effectively & professionally engage with prospective candidates, delivery mangers, managing consultants, clientele and sub-partners to meet the needs of the business.
• Evaluate candidates fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
• Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process, background checks and pre-employment process.
• Act as the Equal Employment Officer to ensure the company attracts, employs and maintains hiring practices for a diverse workforce.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, 3 plus years of Agency experience a MUST!
• Computer experience with ATS, spreadsheets, databases and Human Resources information systems preferred
• Consulting experience leading major change efforts, preferably in the area of strategic staffing initiatives
