We’re looking for an exceptional Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be at the intersection of Human Resources and our Business Leaders. Reporting to the Associate Director of People Operations, this individual will be responsible for shaping the employee experience, ensuring the company’s talent grows in meaningful ways, and making business leaders and team members as successful as possible. The Sr. HRBP contributes to and leads the execution of People Strategies and tactics to support the needs Revenue Division (Sales, Client Services, and Marketing). The Sr. HRBP will lead and facilitate all People processes and procedures for the Revenue (Sales) Division, serve as an expert consultant to business leaders on all talent matters, including organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, organizational design, learning needs/opportunities, and conflict resolution.


This role is based in Nashville, TN.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the Revenue (Sales) Division and the company overall, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, at all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support business and team member growth.
  • Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action. 
  • Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management. 
  • Plan and lead organizational design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands. 
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building a pipeline for future needs. 
  • Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in talent attraction, development, and retention. 
  • Assess team member training and development needs based on business strategy in order to partner with L&D to close gaps between current and future skill sets.
  • Drive deep employee engagement via thoughtful communications, cultural cultivation, targeted development opportunities, and strategic programming.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ progressive experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity - dealing with issues that do not always have a process or system in place. 
  • Experience in building and iterating team-specific and all-company programs.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to balance partnering skills with team member advocacy. 
  • Deep communication skills with the ability to inspire/motivate all stakeholders and scenarios from team relation conversations to executive team presentations 
  • Possesses both critical thinking capability and hands-on HR business plan implementation experience.
